Steve Lee is the Director of Business Development for Cumberland Heights in Nashville, TN. Before joining the team at Cumberland Heights, Steve spent much of his professional life managing strategic relationships between some of America’s most successful consumer products alongside his brother/partner at John Lee Company.

In 2014, he made a career shift to the field of addiction treatment and behavioral health, building relationships both locally and nationally with referral sources including treatment providers, Employee Assistance Programs, hospitals, private practice therapists and counselors. Steve felt strongly he was meant to stay in the treatment field, being active in his own recovery since 1989.

Steve is also an inspiring speaker, engaging crowds ranging from hundreds to thousands about his personal struggles and victories.
