
Glenn Hadley
Glenn Hadley is the Director of Field Operations for Southworth Associates. He is responsible for Southworth’s Virtual Events Division as well as oversees alumni department consulting. Glenn is also heading the development of new professional business relationships and bringing Southworth Associates to new markets. As a former professional tennis player, coach, and facility director, Glenn brings a wealth of knowledge in team-building and community organization to the behavioral healthcare industry. Additionally, his experience building new alumni programs, consulting with already existing programs, and directing one of the largest alumni programs in the country, provides a unique perspective for those trying to develop and grow their own alumni programs. Glenn is also the host of “Perspective Matters: This Week in Behavioral Healthcare” a talk show that highlights and interviews experts in the field.

In this panel discussion, former professional athletes will discuss challenges they faced in asking for help when each faced their own mental health crisis. Guest Speakers will share their experiences in getting help with Depression, Substance Use Disorder, and Social Stigma. Representatives will discuss services being offered to athletes struggling with mental health issues and how those services were implemented. Join us as we break the stigma surrounding mental health and normalize the process for everyone.
